Terms of Service.
1. Website Build Services
Standard Site Build (Up to 5 Pages) – $500
Includes up to five (5) basic custom-designed pages
Mobile responsive design
Basic on-page SEO setup
Contact form integration
Basic performance optimization
Domain connection and launch support
50% of total cost is due upfront before development begins
Additional Pages – $150 Per Page
Any basic page beyond the initial five (5) pages will be billed at $150 per page.
Site Build + Ownership Option – $1,500
Includes full site build
Complete ownership transfer upon final payment
50% due upfront before development begins
Unless the Ownership Option is selected, 163 Automation reserves the right to display “Website Designed & Built by 163 Automation” in the website footer.
2. Hosting & Maintenance
Monthly Hosting – $100/month
Includes hosting, uptime monitoring, and backups.
Hosting + Maintenance – $150/month
Includes hosting plus minor updates, security patches, and content edits.
Maintenance (Without Hosting) – $100
Flat rate for minor edits. Larger updates may require a custom quote.
3. Revision Policy
Site Build includes up to two (2) revision rounds during development.
Hosting + Maintenance includes up to two (2) minor content revisions per month.
Additional revisions beyond included rounds are billed at $100 per revision request.
Same-day revision requests are subject to a $75 rush fee and availability.
Major structural or design changes will be quoted separately.
4. Rush Services
Same-day edits are subject to a $75 rush fee and are dependent upon availability. Standard turnaround time for edits is 24–48 business hours unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment Terms
50% upfront payment is required before any Site Build begins.
Remaining balances are due prior to launch.
Monthly services require active payment to remain operational.
A $30 Declined Payment Fee applies after 24 hours of failed payment.
Services may be suspended after 48 hours of non-payment.
A $20 Republishing Fee applies to restore suspended websites.
6. Scope Limitations
Advanced integrations, e-commerce functionality, custom development, API integrations, or features beyond the defined Scope of Work require a separate quote.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Unless the Site Build + Ownership Option is selected and paid in full:
163 Automation retains rights to the underlying design structure and framework.
Clients receive usage rights to the final website as deployed.
Footer credit remains unless ownership option removes this requirement.
8. Limitation of Liability
163 Automation is not liable for:
Third-party hosting outages
Domain provider issues
Client content errors
Security breaches caused by external plugins or unauthorized access
9. Agreement
By submitting payment for services, the client agrees to all terms outlined above.
